Develop new features, Improve current image processing algorithm to achieve better sensitivity and stability.
Analyzing current signal and noise to understand what is the limitation from current algo.
Provide new solution prototype and test them in-house and on-site.
Provide algorithm technical support for escalations in various of product life cycle phases onsite.
Interacting with cross-functional teams and customers to address issues and investigate solutions.
Investigating feasibility of advance algorithm for next generation product through collaboration with technology and system architect group.
Provide prototype algorithm solution for special customer engagement project at customer site.
Working with product system engineering team to define the algorithm performance specification and use it to guide the algorithm design and implementation.
Act as the algorithm representative during system level hardware/software integration, trouble shooting.
Participate in software quality assurance activities required by the software development process.
Occasional (<=10%) travel to HQ for cooperation with HQ team is required.
Troubleshooting on customer site (<=50%) is required.

Qualifications:
Strong C/C++ programming skill is a must.
Strong CUDA programming skill is highly desired.

Research and/or software development experience on Unix/Linux platform is a plus.
Background in computational geometry, or design file (OASISS) is highly desired.
