Job Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives associated with launching and managing real-time payment products
- Develop and own use case strategy across real-time rails for pilots and adoption
- Monitor, analyze, and produce insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy
- Develop C-level executive level presentations on product strategy, priorities, and impact
- Conduct analytics on real-time payment transactions and customer usage to provide fact-based recommendations
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Banking Payment leads, Strategy, Risk, Legal, The Clearing House, The Federal Reserve, and other participants in the payments ecosystem
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or banking / fintech roles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present recommendations in a clear and concise way
- Strong communicator with analytical and influencing skills
- Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and resolve roadblocks as needed
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, and thrive while managing multiple initiatives to completion in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven ability as an efficient liaison between business strategy functions and key stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Advanced degree in applicable field (Masters, MBA) is preferred
- Knowledge and prior experience in real-time payments space
