Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years social mediaexperience at a major brand or creator account
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Driving passion for social media, building community, interacting with various audiences.
- Experience in social media and online engagement tools, preferably Sprinklr.
- Experience working with creative teams to influence content so it delivers meaningful business impact through our social media ecosystem.
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.
- Sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
- Understanding of paid social media strategy, from running paid campaigns to boosting and whitelisting organic content
- Project management skills, including handling multiple projects and campaigns from conception to completion, delivering documented results.
