Functional & Strategic Leadership:
Define & execute a compelling Talent Acquisition Strategy to attract top technical talent by designing relevant and / new programs and processes to facilitate req fulfilment to meet the unique talent needs of the client groups; including a special focus on niche and difficult-to-fill technical skillsets.
Be responsible for delivery of Diversity &Inclusion efforts
Define strategies to build and showcase Qualcomm as an attractive talent destination.
Report out overall TA metrics to monitor and optimize all areas of the recruitment process including Diversity, Quality of hire, Time to fill, etc.
Continuously develop new approaches to solve problems with significant impact to project deliverables
Remain current in the use of cutting-edge recruiting technology and tools, e.g. LinkedIn recruiter, best-in-class ATS and other platforms
Team leadership
Lead a group of recruiters to high performance standards including delivering best-in-class staffing support to candidates, hiring managers, leaders and other stakeholders.
Inspire the team by investing in their development, learning and overall engagement.
Collaboration & Partnership:
Work across lines of business, multiple functional areas, technology areas & various locations in the Americas region to provide cohesive, efficient & effective staffing support.
Partner closely with the Sourcing team to maximize sourcing efforts.
Collaborating with HR leads to implement new programs and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Associate's degree and 11+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 11+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry.
• 7+ years of work experience in a global matrixed organization.
• 6+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics, program management, and designing and implementing process improvements, and strategic workforce planning.
• 6+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).
• 5+ years of work experience in a leadership role leading sub functions within an organization and being responsible for operating plans.
• 5+ years of work experience in a leadership role with direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports).
