JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain outmost proficiency in English language while handling customer inquiries.
  • Provide support to all customers requests from EMEA/AP/AMER region.
  • Timely processing of service requests from all the case queues and assigning them to technicians within SLA.
  • Become an expert in Salesforce and InContact telephonic tool.
  • Ability to handle customers calls from AMER /AP/EMEA region.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Preferred minimum 3-year experience in the Customer Services field, preferably with expertise in SAP or/and Sales Force.
  • Customer-oriented and action-oriented, self-motivated, with good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in different countries.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and an international environment.
