Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred minimum 3-year experience in the Customer Services field, preferably with expertise in SAP or/and Sales Force.
Customer-oriented and action-oriented, self-motivated, with good communication skills in English.
Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in different countries.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and an international environment.
