- In our Digital Manufacturing domain we help leading companies with optimizing their operational processes by implementing digital solutions. This ranges from introducing shop floor reporting and business intelligence solutions, up till advanced planning and MES implementations. Hereby we always work as a trusted partner with our clients to select the best fitting solutions and get those implemented.
- As a manager Digital Manufacturing your role will be to lead and initiate projects within the context of the client programs. You will lead the implementation teams and manage the stakeholders within the client organization. Our activities are always focused on adding value to the customers business.
- Drawing on your knowledge, skills and experience, you will start to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers. In addition, you will also develop project proposals and provide thought leadership for the domains you’re focused on
- You will play an active role within the SC&O team and be responsible for the development of your team members.
Job requirements– Where do you start if you want to change the world?
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in industry or consultancy, within the field of digital transformation, operational excellence, Industry 4.0 and/or industrial automation.
- Experience with industrial automation software solutions is an advantage, as well as experience with data analytics in an industrial context.
- A Master's degree is preferred in the field of operations management or a technical/engineering discipline.
- You have a passion for Manufacturing and like to drive improvements. You have a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and build trustful relations with a range of business stakeholders
- Fluent in English, Dutch (or another language) is a pre
- Excellent analytical capabilities, strong communication, influencing and people skills, result-driven, the ability to be pragmatic in execution of projects and conceptual thinking.
