Precision Cleaning Manufacturing Engineer will support ultra-clean process equipment to meet EUV system requirements. Help develop, optimize, and sustain all manufacturing cleanliness protocols, processes, and best-known-methods to support production of KLA's next-generation reticle mask inspection product.
US Operations' New Products team collaborates with KLA Design Engineering team to ensure ultra-precision cleaning hardware, cleaning procedures, and clean processes align with system-cleanliness requirements.
Train and support manufacturing personnel in use and maintenance of ultra-precision cleaning equipment, processes, and procedures ensuring clean manufacturing. Devise new methods with manufacturability in mind and efficiently implement in Production.
Qualifications, but not limited to:
Manufacturing engineering experience supporting large, capital equipment in ultra-clean environment (Class 100, AMC)
Prior knowledge of Ultrasonic Cleaning tools, bake chambers, RGA test equipment, and/or plasma cleaning hardware is highly desired
Experience with ultra-clean vacuum environments is preferred!
Understanding of ultra-violet (UV) optical part cleanliness, cleaning, and handling procedures desired
Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments is needed
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills are a must have!
Experience in statistical process control (SPC) desired
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years, Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
