Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and inspiring high-performance Sales teams, including people managers.
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
- Experience with coaching digital campaign management, particularly in Google Ads or competing products.
- Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
- Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.
