Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing and inspiring high-performance Sales teams, including people managers.
Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
Experience with coaching digital campaign management, particularly in Google Ads or competing products.
Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.
