The Mobility Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) team is seeking an Associate to support in the enhancement of Global Mobility’s processes, optimizing the infrastructure critical to deliver services and enable seamless operations with the support of technology solutions i.e., process automations.
This role is pivotal in our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, particularly in the strategic use of technology. The Associate will be instrumental in supporting the automation and seamless integration of mobility processes, working closely with the Mobility Infrastructure Specialist. The Associate's contributions will be crucial in driving forward the team's technological advancements and process optimizations, as the Associate will participate in end-to-end process deployments, including contributing to the design and development of solution prototypes, user acceptance testing before go-live, and post-deployment stabilization.


Purpose of the Job:

  • The Associate in the Mobility Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) team will support in a range of duties aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Global Mobility processes. The Associate's responsibilities will include:
  • Support the Infrastructure Specialist in all project deliverables and day-to-day activities. This may include the Mobility team's training on developed solutions.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and support of existing low code/no code solutions, such as Power Apps, for in-house process enhancements and support tools.
  • Helping to design and manage workflows using Power Automate/Power Apps and SharePoint sites to ensure efficient process automation.
  • Aiding in the testing and deployment of new features within existing tools, such as the Global Mobility Tool (AssignmentPro), to maximize capabilities.
  • Assisting with the documentation of all technology solutions that are part of the end-to-end process delivery.
  • Pro-actively engage in knowledge sharing with the broader Mobility team.
  • Helping to ensure that project and initiative deliverables are met on time and assisting in managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process, addressing any roadblocks or challenges promptly.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The Associate role requires a curious and proactive individual who is eager to question the status quo and seek better ways to approach tasks and processes. While advanced proficiency is not mandatory, the following knowledge and skills are important for the role:

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint, with a willingness to develop these skills further.
  • An inquisitive mind with a self-starter attitude, keen to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies for process enhancement.
  • Good analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset, open to exploring opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Solid organizational and communication abilities, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a readiness to take initiative and address issues as they arise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and time zones, adapting to new challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and technology solutions.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Eagerness to receive guidance and mentoring from more experienced team members, and to grow into a role that may involve guiding others in the future.
  • Fluent in English.
  • The Associate will be expected to bring a fresh perspective to the team, demonstrating a keen interest in technology and a commitment to driving improvements within the Global Mobility framework.

Job Requirements:
Education:

  • Educated to degree level is required.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • International experience either during studies or work related (preferred, not required)

Certification Requirements:

  • Professional certifications and/or master’s studies in a related discipline is preferred, not required.
  • Active membership to related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required.
