Purpose of the Job:
- Design new process steps and workflows and maintain existing workflows/processes based on MS Office tools such as Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI/SharePoint to streamline and automate Solutions processes to greatest extent possible, for example:
- create and maintain mobility initiations, program applications, review and approval based on Power Apps
- Design and implement workflows through Power Automate
- Manage standard scheduled communications to assignees and other stakeholders
- Design and maintain Power BI snapshots and regular reports from a variety of channels (GMT, Qualtrics)
- Design and manage SharePoint sites
- Set up and manage fit-for-purpose shared mailboxes
- Provide direction / supervision to more junior members of team in relation to Power Platform activities
- Prepare ad hoc reports based on specific criteria and follow up
- Review and analysis of received data
- Share best practices / knowledge of automation potential within Solutions and Global Mobility team
- Appropriate liaison and escalation within the Solutions and other members of the Global Mobility team
Role Responsibilities:
- Design workflows using Power Automate/Power Apps
- Design reporting and dashboards using PowerBI
- Design SharePoints, SharePoint Lists and databases (Dataverse)
- Work independently to ensure a successful assignee and stakeholder experience
- Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with Solutions team
- Apply ‘one team’ mindset to daily practice and interaction
- Communicate effectively with team regarding expectation management, capacity, training needs
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI, ability to both apply as well as create workflows, dashboards, and bots
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint)
- Strong analytical skills and process thinking
- Desire to deliver exceptional solutions and services to the team, the function, assignees or candidates and the business
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues from varying levels and professional backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to be agile and to prioritize objectives to manage all aspects of the role

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Educated to degree level is required
Experience:
- Overall 5-6 years including 3+ years relevant experience
- International experience either during studies or work related (preferred, not required)
Certification Requirements:
- Professional certifications and/or masters studies in a related discipline is preferred, not required
- Active membership to related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required
