Campaign Management and Operation
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints to support business objectives and generate leads across APAC markets.
- Provide marketing support for events recruitment and engagement, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders and agencies on event communications, and gathering content for social media amplification.
- Support the digital marketing campaign execution on various touchpoints, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and website.
- Support the development and updates of digital marketing assets, including emails, social media content, websites, and manage the marketing asset library.
- Assume the administrator lead of marketing automation tools, database management, campaign tracking, dashboard and workflow update.
Marketing Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Gather and report on the analytics of various digital touchpoints.
- Analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing effort to help optimize marketing plans.
- Monitor post and campaign performance, including lead engagement, and suggest content optimization.
- Review media/platform performance investment and make suggestions to optimize reach and lead generation.
Liaison and Coordination
- Support the liaisons between markets and/or regional cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns or other marketing initiatives, to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities.
Marketing Assets Management
- Develop, organise and manage marketing assets, including creative templates and adaption, setting up and updating content in content management systems (CMS) or marketing automation tools.
- Oversee the execution of marketing assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and manage the content library.
Agency Liaison and Vendor Management
- Assist with vendor management, such as vendor sourcing, getting quotations, briefing of agency/vendor/partners, following up on project execution.
- Manage administrative tasks to support agency onboarding, training, and payment processing as required.
Administration and Budget Management
- Provide administrative support to the team such as PR/PO processes, brand and marketing assets filing.
- Plan, monitor and maintain marketing budgets.
- Liaise with Finance and vendors on invoices and payments.
In this role, you’ll need …

- 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
