The Associate Marketing Manager of Marketing Excellence APAC will be responsible developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role will focus on strategic planning, digital marketing, content creation, and managing relationships with local market teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns tailored to regional needs.

Campaign Development and Strategic Planning

  • Responsible for selected target segments and leads the design and roll-out of integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple APAC markets.
  • Lead strategic planning for regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with the APAC marketing strategy and local market nuances.
  • Oversee the development of digital marketing assets, including email campaigns, social media content, landing pages, and digital ads, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences, leveraging insights from customer data and market research.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Manage the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with global leads and resources to ensure that APAC campaigns leverage the latest technologies, platforms, and trends.
  • Optimize digital campaigns through continuous performance analysis and refinement, using data from tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of digital content and campaigns.

Content Strategy and Development

  • Lead assets creation effort by working closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to specific regional markets and marketing touchpoints.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s overall messaging and brand positioning while meeting the needs of local markets.
  • Guide local market teams on content localisation, ensuring that global assets are adapted appropriately for cultural relevance and local customer behaviours.

Local Market Support and Partnership Management

  • Act as the main liaison between the APAC marketing team and local market teams, providing guidance on campaign development, execution, and adaptation to meet regional needs.
  • Advise local market teams on the selection of trade and media partners, ensuring that they align with the brand’s target audience and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with local markets to adjust APAC campaign strategies for local relevance, while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in managing media buying and planning processes, ensuring that local markets engage with the most appropriate media outlets for campaign success.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across channels, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to both the APAC team and local market teams.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns remain effective and aligned with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the global marketing team, regional channel marketing, clinical education and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across all markets.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow, marketing platform optimization, and campaign tracking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign execution, and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital and content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid search) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams, local markets, and external agencies.
  • Experience guiding local markets on media and trade partner selection, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
