You are responsible for

The development and deployment of commercial policy and pricing structure (PPWF, Pocket Price Waterfall) across all BUs and channels to ensure the sustainable growth via the proper channel investment

You need to have a strong knowhow of our products, as well as deep business insight in China market, you also need to close monitor the market and competitors’ dynamic to understand the business situation.Based on that, you need to provide actionable managerial and operational insights about PH GRC RGM structure to drive revenue growth / margin improvement with stakeholders.You need to drive the operation excellence including AOP, Rofo and monthly sell-out plan management to reflect the market needs and deliver the RGM/Margin target.You also need to work together with global RGM team to ensure the E2E pricing/revenue management in all Philips systems

Your details job list including:

  • Distribution & trade investment strategy with the PPWF setting on AOP stage
  • Pricing strategy supervisor when new product launch, and ensure the right execution in PH system
  • Monthly market price tracking, analysis and deep dive through GFK pricing report as well as other data resources, while guide the team to work out the proper Philips promotion line-chart
  • Drive the monthly sell out plan and review process, considering the market dynamic and PH promotion strategy
  • Special PPWF & pricing related case treatment
  • Other RGM relevant jobs supervision including monthly PPWF report delivery and analysis, Pricing management in BY and SAP system, Trade spending management in Funding / AIO system

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s degree with > 5 years of working experience
  • Experience in a pricing, commercial, finance, strategic, or audit role
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or consumer products domain
  • Experience working in a cross functional team
  • Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures and
  • Certified LEAN Basic Proven conceptual, analytical and interpersonal skills. Consistent record of building significant impact in a multinational organization
  • Coordination of broad set of partners during annual planning or project execution
