- 渠道运营: 经销商日常管理，精准备货发货，退换货，库存管理，返利补偿，回款账期等，渠道运营网络的维护管理，确保渠道供货安全

- 业务支持：了解洞察市场趋势，机会和风险，深度了解经销商优势和特点制定业务发展规划和计划，支持到业务目标达成，高效支持RAC

- 项目管理：高效执行CE项目，发挥影响力，同KA, 销售等跨部门沟通，达成项目目标的实现

- 驱动创新：主动探索创新的合作机会 ，协同经销商能力开拓创新业务模式的转变

- 合规：所有行为符合公司合规要求
