Your key responsibilities
• Act as a trusted business advisor to EY stakeholders, supporting business owners in achieving their goals and objectives reliant on supplier performance of contract obligations.
• Provide exceptional service to stakeholders while delivering both brand and quantitative value through contract value realization
• Ensure the successful delivery of tactical SRM services provided by third parties
• Understand our global supplier footprint, types of contracts signed, and supplier deliverables and obligations as defined in the contracts, demonstrating a strong understanding of the category and building/driving the future roadmap
• Have a strong understanding of key suppliers, their capabilities and their position in the market
• Ensure SRM engagement with business stakeholders, procurement specialists and supplier account teams
• Work with senior stakeholders to help develop a supplier strategy which supports the overall global strategy
• Help suppliers be successful in delivering their services at EY
• Drive improvements in processes, policy, systems, management information and reporting
• Build strong relationships with business partners including Legal (GCO), Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, etc.
• Maintain strong and cooperative working relationships with SCS Procurement counterparts.
• Manage the training, development and performance of team members, helping them develop their leadership, strategic development skills, supplier relationship management expertise and people management skills
• Ensure consistent use of the SRM framework

• Strong business acumen and commercial skills to drive supplier relationship management strategies
• Understanding of the commercial drivers of supplier performance
• Strong negotiator and influencer capable of driving alignment with key senior stakeholders and leaders
• Solid leadership skills
• Collaborative team member valuing cooperation and teamwork
• Extensive knowledge of the Managed Services landscape and key suppliers, with deep understanding of offerings within this area
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
• The ability to drive change by building strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners and suppliers
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
o Minimum 10 years of industry experience including experience with Managed Services providers
o People management experience
o Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally for strategic planning, stakeholder meetings, people management, project coordination and implementation.
