Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for order management, product delivery, and general product information.
- Provide first line commercial support to customers.
- Provide first line application and technical support
- Review customer RFQ's and other documents to develop key data (styles, descriptions, prices, lead-times, etc.) for use in quotations and orders.
- Correspond directly with customers to help with product availability, product application information, and order verification.
- Ensure accuracy of incoming purchase orders for product description, style #, quantity, price, lead time, terms, etc
You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and open to new challenges
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
