JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for order management, product delivery, and general product information.
  • Provide first line commercial support to customers.
  • Provide first line application and technical support
  • Review customer RFQ's and other documents to develop key data (styles, descriptions, prices, lead-times, etc.) for use in quotations and orders.
  • Correspond directly with customers to help with product availability, product application information, and order verification.
  • Ensure accuracy of incoming purchase orders for product description, style #, quantity, price, lead time, terms, etc

You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to work in teams and independently
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and open to new challenges
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
