Description of Position

  • Break down and analyze revenue and net sales to determine the average selling price and to make sure products and accounts are performing according to the financial commitments.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within Business performance to help make business decisions to improve and maximize revenue.
  • Calculation of accruals by product, account, and commercial value offering, responsible for accurate and on time payment based on performance by stakeholder, guaranteeing full alignment with MCASS and SOX criteria.
  • Taking large sets of numerical data from different internal and external teams and data sources and incorporate data analytics functions to extract from them valuable information and relevant insights about our revenue, helping the different Business Units in their decision-making process.
  • Define order limits and quotas per customer and account based on historical and actual performance to avoid order entry errors and subsequent economic impact and to help balance product supply and coverage at national level.
  • Demonstrates ability to independently define reporting needs, gather all relevant data (packaged internal reports and data mining as needed), and ensure that reports are compiled, generated, and distributed with the right tools and to the right audiences.
  • Ensures the reliability of performance metrics and sales objectives, ensuring that the different KPIs are linked to our commercial and strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Marketing, Finance and Commercial Operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and data across the organization.
  • Responsible for opportunities identification based on market trends & competitive analysis.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Finance, Marketing or Data Analysis department, desired in a Pharma Company
  • High personal and professional standards of ethics and integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and to connect with all different levels in the organization to achieve commitments and communicate accordingly.
  • Data-driven results-oriented: statistical and complex mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of Pharma business and its commercial activities
  • English language proficiency
  • MS Office and PowerBI mastery
