The developer experience, developer productivity and driving software quality are on top of every engineering leader’s mind.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment engine leading sourcing efforts for diverse roles across R&D, Product, Sales, Marketing and Go-to-Market both in Israel and internationally. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, dive deep into market research, and identify and engage with top-tier talent in creative, personalized ways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing strategies.
  • Own sourcing efforts across multiple global roles and departments, from research and outreach to pipeline building.
  • Craft tailored messages and engage candidates to spark interest in Port’s mission and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Act as a true ambassador of the company, providing thoughtful, consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and sourcing tactics and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize outreach and improve conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing in a tech company
  • Experience sourcing across different domains
  • Global sourcing experience & strong understanding of cross cultural communication
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-based sourcing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines with a structured, strategic, and creative approach
  • Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills — authentic, persuasive, and people-oriented
  • Curious, detail-oriented, fast learner with a can-do attitude and true passion for great hiring
