In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment engine leading sourcing efforts for diverse roles across R&D, Product, Sales, Marketing and Go-to-Market both in Israel and internationally. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, dive deep into market research, and identify and engage with top-tier talent in creative, personalized ways.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Own sourcing efforts across multiple global roles and departments, from research and outreach to pipeline building.
- Craft tailored messages and engage candidates to spark interest in Port’s mission and opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Act as a true ambassador of the company, providing thoughtful, consistent communication throughout the process.
- Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and sourcing tactics and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize outreach and improve conversion.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing in a tech company
- Experience sourcing across different domains
- Global sourcing experience & strong understanding of cross cultural communication
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-based sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines with a structured, strategic, and creative approach
- Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills — authentic, persuasive, and people-oriented
- Curious, detail-oriented, fast learner with a can-do attitude and true passion for great hiring
