What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Definition
  • Program Estimation : Allocate budget and resources. Identify risks and design response plans. Track program success.
  • Program Monitoring and Control : Define performance metrics. Design success metrics with business input. Manage risks related to forecasts and budgets.
  • Financial Management : Create and monitor budgets. Oversee schedules and costs. Project ROI and financial performance.
  • Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus : Lead discussions and influence audiences. Use data to build narratives. Provide feedback and be a trusted advisor.
  • Business Operations : Design planning processes. Develop and critique business cases. Understand business fundamentals.
  • Technology Landscape Awareness : Participate in strategy development. Evaluate and approve business cases. Engage externally to build brand.
  • Overall Direction : Develop and implement strategies. Measure outcomes and identify improvements. Promote continuous learning.
  • Workforce Development : Attract and maintain a skilled workforce. Support mentorship and succession planning. Leverage talent.
  • Integrity and Ethics : Integrate company standards. Develop consequences for violations. Support the Open Door Policy.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a program manager or other relevant strategic support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in program management tools and financial management.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, risk assessment, and program estimation.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
