Card Tech’s Top of House team is looking for a strategic, creative, collaborative lead to serve as our Programs & Operations Communications Lead. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategy for keeping organizational leaders informed and for partnering with key stakeholders to craft and manage the entire communications ecosystem for the organization, including communications for our core programs. In this role, you’ll ensure our communications to associates and leaders are strategic, impactful, and well managed.

Responsibilities:
Build and drive overarching communication strategy for key business and organizational efforts, focused on technology programs
Lead the execution of organization wide support and enablement of our senior leaders via information and communications.
Support and influence the organization to cohesively communicate in relevant modalities and venues and own various communication channels, including Slack and email, to inspire, include and engage associates.
Manage key partnerships, including interacting and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and in multiple organizations to inform and influence outcomes
Confidently lead and drive work forward with the ability to problem solve and pivot in real time, providing clear recommendations and updates in an ever-changing environment
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 8 years of project or change management
At least 4 years of experience in corporate or program level communications
At least 2 years experience working in an information technology environment or supporting Technology professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters / MBA degree
9+ years of project or change management
5+ years of experience in corporate or program level communications
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
3+ years of experience in an information technology environment or supporting Technology professionals
4+ experience working with executive-level clients
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Experience working effectively with multiple constituents, including peers, executive management, senior management
