  • You ‘get people’ and possess a high degree of social and emotional intelligence

  • You’re a strategic thinker and enjoy collecting, organizing, and synthesizing information to make a decision or recommendation

  • You understand that context is king and ensuring people are informed is critical to organizational success

  • You are an excellent, confident communicator who feels comfortable presenting program ideas or decisions in front of peers, stakeholders, and leaders

  • You can put structure around mess, connect dots, and can find and articulate a clear narrative or vision

  • You can think outside the box and enjoy big picture thinking

  • You like to get it right but also know when good enough is good enough

  • You have a passion for building diverse and inclusive communities where everyone belongs

  • You are highly collaborative and consultative, and seek out inspiration and feedback from others to always drive towards the best solution

  • You have a can-do, positive attitude and are a team player

  • You have finessed the art of balancing empathy and care with meeting business needs

  • You understand the benefits of both process and being nimble

  • You have the ability to handle multiple projects at once, prioritize your own work, and manage your own schedule to meet deadlines

  • You are independent, can work autonomously, and are comfortable owning the end-to-end experience for project development with little direction

  • You’re excited about building your own community by connecting with partners in other parts of the organization to uncover areas of opportunity for collaboration and innovation

  • You have a passion for planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events creatively and authentically to celebrate our accomplishments, and reinforce our unique values and culture in a hybrid environment

  • You love to inspire and motivate others to believe in what could be and help them bring it to pass

Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive engagement and recognition strategy including developing and leading focused initiatives, formal programs, and identifying new and fresh ways to elevate the associates experience and engagement

  • Support and influence the organization to cohesively communicate in relevant modalities and venues and own various communication channels, including Slack and email, to inspire, include and engage employees.

  • Lead the execution of organization wide events and leader engagements with a white glove approach and partner with key stakeholders and support to ensure highest impact and engagement

  • Manage key partnerships, including interacting and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and in multiple organizations to inform and influence outcomes

  • Confidently lead and drive work forward with the ability to problem solve and pivot in real time, providing clear recommendations and updates in an ever-changing environment

  • Lead a highly engaged and motivated team to focus on the highest leverage opportunities as part of the experience strategy that will deliver the most impact to the associates and organization.

Basic Qualifications:
