Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
- Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives across the Americas Client & Latin America business, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
- Provide support, unbiased advice, analysis, and actionable recommendations to key business partners.
- End to end ownership and management of business priority projects.
- Partner with other business-aligned functional areas (Client Service, Marketing, Legal, Risk & Controls, HR, Compliance, Technology and Operations) with respect to change management initiatives
- Collaborate with BM counterparts across each business on various projects.
- Represent the location strategy initiatives including real estate needs, business resiliency and migration activity.
- Strong organization, time management capabilities and is proficient with project management methodology and the project management lifecycle.
- Prepare senior management for internal and external meetings through presentation & content creation, agenda coordination, speaker preparation and logistics coordination.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to Asset Management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills: delivering messages clearly and succinctly with tailored approach depending on target audience.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management.
- Strong project management skills, with emphasis on controls and focus on process improvement.
- Pro-active and problem-solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Proficient with Data analytics and data storytelling tools (Tableau).
