As the Prospector, your primary role is new business development. You will grow new client acquisition through a broad knowledge of J.P. Morgan’s robust platform. You will develop strategies to generate new clients and generate new leads. You will leverage and coordinate across lines of business specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for our most complex clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to generate new clients and generate new leads in the Brazil Market
- Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from existing client base and new client acquisition
- Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
- Connect your clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills
- Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf
- Bilingual: Portuguese / English fluency both oral and written
