Your Impact
As Regional Sales Leader for Strategic Security Sales, you will be responsible for:
- : Build and lead a team of highly skilled Security Sales Executives dedicated to driving multi-million-dollar, strategic security deals.
- Enterprise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a highly targeted go-to-market strategy, aligning with regional and global sales leaders.
- C-Level Engagement: Work closely with customers at the C-suite and architectural level, influencing large-scale security transformation initiatives.
- Security Innovation Leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading high-performance enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar security deals.
- Deep technical acumen in security and networking, with the ability to engage at an architectural level with enterprise customers.
- Ability to lead and scale a geographically dispersed sales team, driving performance across multiple enterprise segments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in business or technology.
- Proven ability to navigate the Global 2000 & Fortune 500 space, with deep enterprise customer relationships.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to articulate total cost of ownership (TCO), ROI, and security transformation value.
- Hands-on experience selling AI-driven security solutions, Zero Trust architecture, and multi-cloud security.
- Ability to drive go-to-market strategies in a cross-functional, matrixed sales organization.
