Drive End User Computing (EUC) adopting and consent order oversight for Funds Services.
Operational planning roadmap – define migration plan of project rollout.
Commercially and strategically minded with responsibility to develop and execute strategic programmes including EUC remediation and Digital First while aligning to the wider Securities Services strategy.
Deliver a clear EUC remediation roadmap in-collaboration with operations and technology.
Take ownership of EUC governance activities to include chairing the EUC Executive Committee, production of weekly reporting, and ensuring that our operations governance structure and processes are fit for purpose.
Explore technology solutions in partnership with operations and technology to automate manual processes and eliminate EUCs.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate governance, compliance with policies/frameworks and oversight of issues, risks, audit and compliance items related to EUCs.
Present to senior management as requested and lead delivery of initiatives as required.
Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies, and synergies across the Services organisation.
Work closely with Product owners to develop / drive product roadmaps that are inclusive of business operations and technology future change needs.
Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Finance and Risk to deliver upon future state front to back business architectures enabling optimized solutions with low process friction.
Develop and communicate the product strategy & governance principles aimed at optimizing straight-through processing and guaranteeing the timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and internal consistency of financial reporting, business processing, and overall client experience success.
Champion continuous improvement through a Product Innovation & Governance committee - driving adoption of industry best practices, and training to ensure that the Services business is a leader in the industry for modern and digital processes.
Leverage a strong understanding of the business strategy, key stakeholders and business capability and create solution roadmaps across various business portfolios that breaks down silos to provide a best in class product experience.
Work across Services to develop the plan and the overall model of the future breaking silos and current constructs to achieve optimal results energizing the stakeholders of the target model.
Lead efforts to establish, formalize and communicate business solutions and educate business stakeholders particularly the client teams on value and importance of proposed solutions.
What we’ll need from you:
Proven change agent experience with track record of delivery in financial services.
Good understanding of the Custody and Funds domains and capabilities to make informed decisions
Prior experience of successfully delivering change in a complex environment whilst managing competing environments, and delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall techniques.
Solid knowledge of operational processes and familiarity with process enhancement methodologies.
Ability to partner with Risk & Control and Internal Audit partners.
Significant experience leading strategic change programs.
Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
Has superior strategic, analytic and problem-solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and clients.
Outcome oriented, with a successful track record of delivering excellence.
Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, willing and able to take ownership of various parts of an initiative.

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Project / program management certification would be advantageous.
