Your key responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of organisation design and change management projects.
• Collaborating with teams to implement project plans and deliverables.
• Applying project management skills to support transformation initiatives.
• Contributing to the development of operating models and business readiness plans.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and co-create solutions.
• Supporting the growth of the People Consulting practice.

• Experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies.
• Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset.

Ideally, You’ll also have

• A degree and relevant professional experience.

• Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and develop solutions.
