• Collaborating with clients to implement project plans and drive business readiness.
• Contributing to stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Applying project management techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
• Working across multiple service offerings within People Consulting.
• Supporting the growth and development of the People Consulting practice.

• Experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies.

• Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle.
Ideally, You’ll also have
• A degree and a passion for organisation design and people engagement.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning, HR transformation or digital HR.
