Your key responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of organisation design, operating model and change initiatives.
• Collaborating with clients to implement project plans and drive business readiness.
• Contributing to stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Applying project management techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
• Working across multiple service offerings within People Consulting.
• Supporting the growth and development of the People Consulting practice.

Skills and attributes for Success

• Strong understanding of organisation design and change management.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies.
• Focused on achieving project goals and overcoming barriers.
• Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle.

Ideally, You’ll also have

• A degree and a passion for organisation design and people engagement.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning, HR transformation or digital HR.
