Filter and check feasibility of concepts and conduct proof of concept. Implement the development of innovation / concept in a cost efficient and timely manner.
Supports new product development, and conducts chemical research and development related to new materials.
Document research work in internal technical reports, patent disclosures and external publications in a timely manner.
Keep up to date with latest technological developments, through attendance at trade shows, talking to universities etc. and attending internal and external training and sharing where appropriate.

Qualifications:
Prefer Doctor of Philosophy in Science degree in a relevant discipline (Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science & Engineering, etc.). Master’s degree will also be considered.
Strong enthusiasm for the team's spirit of innovation in cutting-edge technology
Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in Organic and Polymer synthesis
Strong interest in polymer applications such as semiconductors, packaging.
Good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Chinese
Positive, analytical, critical thinking, and good troubleshooting skills
