Job Description:
Screen the stat-of-art heating/cooling technologies across HVAC, MAC and E-cooling industries;
在暖通空调、MAC和电子制冷行业筛选最先进的加热/冷却技术;通过与商业、技术团队和行业紧密合作，识别、启动和管理新项目以促进业务增长；开发和总结制冷剂性能相关的新方法，以支持制冷剂的应用通过阶段门流程与领导团队沟通项目进展与全球研发团队密切合作，进行制冷剂/混合料的研发
Publish achievable paper and patents related refrigerant research and application;
发表与制冷剂研究和应用相关的可实现论文和专利定期与全球技术团队沟通确保所有工作在霍尼韦尔HSE政策下进行

Qualifications:
Prefer PhD in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering, Master also can be considered;
制冷与低温工程专业博士优先，硕士亦可考虑;
Solid understanding in thermodynamics and refrigerant property;
对热力学和制冷剂特性有扎实的理解;
Strong model-based design capability and be familiar with FLUENT software operation;
较强的模型设计能力，熟悉FLUENT软件操作
Strong fast learning capability;
较强的快速学习能力;
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural global organization are essential;
