Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management, developing and delivering educational programs
Experience managing cross-functional projects
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a team that owns multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities
Proven ability to influence others and lead change across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including the executive leadership team, peers, and managers
Strong track record in working with and managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex programs
