As an early employee in the Microsoft Health AI team you will be working closely with the leadership team across the following areas
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of our strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Analysis: The ability to identify business needs and determine solutions to problems. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, track key performance indicators (OKRs and KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Business Relationship Management: The ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. Map and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Market Research: Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Health AI landscape.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and important stakeholders.
- Full Stack – by design we will remain a lean founding team (albeit within a much larger org), and as such you will need to be agile, highly self-sufficient, and span from high level strategy through to ground level execution on a wide range of tasks. This also means you will play a major role in promoting a positive team culture.
