Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively engages with customers on a daily basis to maximize commercial results
- Manage contract (including renewal), within the assigned customer portfolio
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurate sales forecasting in accordance with the forecasting cycles.
- Leverage digital tools to maximize efficiency and sales objectives
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales management to develop and implement innovative and effective sales campaigns. Organize adequate follow-up
- Align with Clinical Application Specialists to ensure correct and effective usage of the product portfolio
- Research and target prospective customers to create a robust sales pipeline to hand over to the account managers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and to explore additional sales opportunities.
Sales Administration to enable team collaboration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
- Use Salesforce effectively to generate data driven insights to share and discuss with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an inside sales role or similar position is a plus. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. SalesForce.com) and other sales tools (e.g PowerBI).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
