Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Extensive experience and accomplishments in quota-carrying technology consulting sales account management roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead virtual teams.

  • Experience of working in large complex organizations

  • Proven experience with Microsoft technologies

  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify consulting opportunities by working with the wider account team and drive end to end sales cycle till closure.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs, showcasing how our solutions can drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Provide insightful and impactful points of view (POV) on how Industry Solutions can accelerate consumption, aligning these insights with account planning cycles.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the wider account team to build and strengthen relationships across Microsoft teams, driving cloud consumption through Industry Solutions projects and programs.
  • Continuously enhance your sales expertise and industry knowledge to better support customers and the broader Microsoft team, while also investing in your personal development.
  • Ensure deal excellence by adhering to Microsoft processes and methodologies, maintaining pipeline hygiene, logging and managing all opportunities (revenue and consumption) for Industry Solutions, and continuously qualifying opportunities through to the Opportunity Review Board (ORB) submissions and close plan ownership.
  • Drive discussions of terms and conditions (e.g., scope, milestones, price) with executive-level customer stakeholders (e.g., CFO, CEO, elected officials, board level) for opportunities in collaboration with the entire account team and customer through multiple iterations to ensure agreement.
  • Role model and demonstrate customer obsession through customer business outcomes leveraging solution area expertise (Data and Generative AI).
