Key accountabilities include the implementation of standard methodologies and strategic initiatives related to DEI & Talent programs across USPB and Wealth. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide and influence others, often at a senior level, and in other areas.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the delivery and drives consistency and standardization of DEI & Talent programs across USPB and Wealth to yield “highest and best use” ROI for professional development and career pathing; thereby, driving retention and promotion of talent
- Collaborates with the Business,HRA, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development,DEI & Talent partners to effectively operationalize programs, processes and drive seamless global execution
- Implement a system of tracking talent pipelines, development and outcomes to accelerate readiness for new roles and support enhanced performance
- Advise Diversity Operating Committees/Councils and partner with leaders and DEI & Talent Advisors on diversity strategy execution to promote strong hiring, promotion and retention practices across USP and Wealth and engage Inclusions Networks for engagement and learning
- Partner with DEI & Talent Advisors to lead regularly scheduled progress updates with business leaders and HRAs on aspirational representation and talent mobility goals and identify trends and opportunities
- Recommend DEI interventions based on trends identified in attrition, hiring, promotion rates, and representation across talent levels and demographic groups
- Drive execution of FAAP annual process in partnership with DEI & Talent Advisors, HRAs, and Business
- Engage and partner with relevant external diversity organizations that can enhance inclusive talent pipelines
- Proactively communicate to all stakeholders by developing effective and timely communication approaches that include actively keeping others informed, sending agenda/recap, and reporting emails, conducting training sessions as appropriate
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in related work within Human Resources and/or Talent Management/Diversity
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Self-starter with ability to lead and influence cross-business and global teams
- Agile learner with capacity to anticipate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create insights
- Positive relationship management, teamwork, and collaboration skills
