Responsibilities

  • Advises & Consults to the development and implementation of DEI and Talent Management strategies and has a solid understanding of key business priorities
  • Identifies Talent Needs in line with business priorities to tailor appropriate solutions
    • Executive Coaching: assesses requests, monitors and follows up on coaching effectiveness
    • Executive Assessment: facilitates talent selection and development planning
    • Promotions: cultivates MD and Director promotion pipelines and supports processes
    • Talent mobility: facilitates interventions
    • Talent and Diversity programs: guides nomination and selection of participants, with development focus
  • Aligns DEI & Talent strategies, globally, to drive hiring, development and retention of talent and succession plan readiness
  • Partners with central DEI & Talent teams to develop interventions and Leads implementation of DEI & talent processes
    • Drives the creation of Talent Books
    • Remediates succession gaps and monitors effectiveness
    • Partners on succession plan development and actions
    • Identifies and cultivates Diverse Talent to Invest In
    • Supports IDP creation and track progress
  • Drive progress towards Aspirational Representation & Talent Mobility goals and communicates Diversity & Talent trends with business leaders
  • Primary Advisor to business operating committees and councils, providing thought-leadership and expertise to drive a fully inclusive environment
  • Embeds data and insights into talent, promotion and other selection decisions (i.e. assessments, talent designations, mobility, promotion, development, programs) to translate data into solution and monitors KPIs
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition on internal mobility discussions
  • Tracks local regulation for Talent & Diversity, in partnership with local HRAs

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in related Human Resources and/or Talent Management/Diversity work
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills •
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with ability to lead and influence cross-business and global teams
  • Agile learner with capacity to anticipate
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create insights
  • Positive relationship management, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience;MBA or other advanced degree preferred
