  • Independently manages the operation of the sales process to ensure professional and effective support to a market unit and CBT/CTs.
  • Sales process adherence and related needed support to teams, as well as sales tools support and access.
  • Acts as a senior subject matter expert with Nokia sales and financial tools.
  • Provide Sales Operations support to the Market Unit Leaders for processes and tools, by owning, documenting, and communicating orders and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with other sales operations team members to identify and implement best practices.
  • Leads a functional team to ensure high quality, accurate and consistent funnel, and pipeline management.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process, find ways to reduce them, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute change.
  • Provide management with clear insights into business drivers, financial performance, risk, and upsides.
  • Supports orders and sales forecasting and regular reporting processes. Ensure accuracy and predictability of results.
  • Analyze operating results throughout the year and compare them to prior forecast and yearly plans, interpret data, and provide analysis.
  • Analyze & model business scenarios to solve problems and improve executive decision-making.
  • Support the annual planning process.
  • Ensure alignment of forecast with the company reporting tools.
  • Has in-depth organizational and relevant market knowledge and uses understanding on how relevant areas can be integrated to achieve objectives.
  • Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
  • Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organizational unit.

Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.

  • Strong business & financial understanding and knowledge of Nokia's sales process.

  • Experience working with CRM and Nokia Financial tools (LEP, Redbox).
  • Experience in forecasting order and sales.
  • Advance knowledge in MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to identify all aspects of a problem, understand why a problem exists, and find viable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Be flexible and welcoming towards change.
  • English level required: Fluent/Proficient.
  • Previous collaboration with CBT AMX and/or CT North is desirable.
