  • Manage the end of end operations involved in the sales process, ensure professional and effective support of the Sales organization.
  • Overall segment/geography sales governance leader to dictate rhythm of the business.
  • Collaborate and own the relationship with Sales Team Head(s) and Account Managers, business partner to the Financial Controllers, BG & RBC Partners, and global teams.
  • Ability to build close working relationships with internal customers, peers, and global teams to ensure smooth execution of new & existing requirements and processes.
  • Strong knowledge and advanced analytical skills to resolve complex problems or problems that do not have normal solutions, shares results with teams for replicated use of the solution.
  • Act as a key ambassador of the Market Strategy, supporting on the Execution and follow-up.
  • CRM and Analytics tool usage to support Sales in management of their business. Expertise in Sales Process to assist the Sales team in managing KPI’s associated with the business. Understand the impacts and ensure Sales team is aligned on resolving issues.
  • Responsible for CRM data quality, accuracy and achievement of associated KPIs.
  • Leads ownership of material for team management reviews on latest Forecasts (Orders, Sales, Margin), Risk and Upsides, Pipeline KPI’s and the understanding of the impacts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business to support historical vs latest financial forecast explains.
  • Assists with Annual Planning Process for Sales team providing data analysis on YoY trends and areas for upside and risk. Provides detailed reports for review with management.
  • Assists with Quota Nesting process for Sales Team Head providing appropriate data analysis for the leadership to make knowledgeable decisions on quota setting.
  • Provide support for manual compensation management for the team, understanding financial actual results and how they align to quota and annual plan. Act a liaison for Sales in questions related to results and compensation process.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a sales operations support role within the telecom industry
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
