The HR Operations Support Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs by providing operational support and managing training-related processes. This position is responsible for processing training requests, monitoring learner completions, maintaining accurate training records, and generating reports. The analyst will act as a liaison between Learning Implementation Services, managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective learning operations. This role requires working UK business hours.
