Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial overview presentation and demonstrations that highlight key business value result of the Verint solutions at an executive level.
  • Capture Partner Demonstration needs and communicate to Verint Demonstrations environment team.
  • Works closely with Partner Business Managers and Partner Platform consultants.
  • Works closely with Partner Corner website, to review and ensure proper documentation is readily accessible, and identifies information that needs revision.
  • Track Partner certifications, identify areas of certification opportunities.
  • Demonstration support for Partner Development Managers discussions with the Partner.
  • Technical support to discuss overall partner cloud architecture.
  • Maintain or Create Partner education profile tracks for SC’s, AE’s, and Architects by selecting the proper material from Verint Sales enablement organization and internal LMS platforms.
  • Demo and provide technical support at partner trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Build relationships within Solutions Consulting organization, Product Management, Partner Operations.Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 5 years of solution sales and/or pre-sales, enterprise sales, and/or program/product management experience.
    • Strong marketing, sales, business acumen, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences, including an ability to communicate business and technical concepts clearly, effectively and convincingly through presentations.
    • Ability to interpret critical business challenges and translate to optimal business process recommendations – multi-level and organizational opportunities.
    • Ability and proven experience interfacing with all levels of management.
    • Travel expectations are 25-30%.
    • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
    • The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.Preferred Requirements
    • Knowledge of Channel Partners across US and Canada,
    • Positive can-do attitude, driven, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, and team player.
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a virtual office environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and creative consultative selling skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication presentation skills, including ability to orally answer questions clearly and succinctly.
    • Ability to explain complex information clearly.
    • Ideal candidate understands the WFO market, Customer Engagement strategies, Contact Center related Managed Services and has a broad knowledge relating to Avaya and Cisco (and other) telephony technologies, industry best practices, and business solutions.
    • Strong understanding of baseline, benchmarking, performance management and measurement strategies.
