WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create engaging and effective learning content and resources.
  • Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, sales processes/tools. This also includes training for sales leaders including coaching, sales discipline, and leadership training.
  • Performance Analysis: Constant needs assessment and evaluation of effectiveness of learning programs, making adjustments to meet the need of a fast-growing sales force.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align trainings with business objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather content to base trainings on.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences. Advocate for the adoption of new sales motions, tools and practices.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to continuously improve learning programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development.
  • Experience with sales skills/methodologies such as value selling, MEDDICC, sales leadership, etc.
  • Experience developing content for both live and elearning formats.
  • A strong background in relentless prioritization and reporting of actions and outcomes.
  • Developed and launched successful learning programming for sales teams.
  • Strong coalition-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
  • Technical understanding of cloud security solutions.
  • Dynamic and engaging presenter with a knack for building trust and inspiring people to learn.

NICE TO HAVES

  • 3+ years enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience measuring learning impact using a framework.
