You will lead a small team of HR Professionals and act as a senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) providing comprehensive, professional support to the teams in Dublin, as well as managers across global locations. You will:

• Manage a team of HRBPs to provide quality scalable HR support to the business and our people

• Understand our business needs, helping to develop and implement impactful HR strategies, programs and policies

• Provide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to our business leaders and managers, with a focus on employee relations, growth and development, change management and organizational effectiveness

• Identify people trends and provide data-driven insights whilst collaborating with key stakeholders across different locations to design and implement solutions

• Promote Wix values and culture throughout the employee journey
