I. Responsibilities & Accountabilities

2.Monitor production process to ensure product quality meets requirements
3.Monitor product scrap rate to reduce customer complaints
Scope & Responsibilities
Arrange production according to plan, track progress and achieve production target on time
Inspect the production, supervise the production process and ensure the production quality
Grasp the production information in real time, make the report and report to the superior in time
Feedback and track the abnormal production in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions
Assess the implementation of 5S, implementation rewards and punishments, and ensure the implementation
Carry out safety inspection to eliminate potential safety hazards and prevent safety accidents
Treat subordinates fairly, pay attention to employees' life, and understand employees' ideological trends
Have a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills, solve the problem of work deployment
Communicate with leaders and other departments to solve the emergency in the production process
Have the ability to analyze and solve problems to achieve higher work efficiency
Effectively implement the corresponding environmental protection and safety production responsibilities
Qualifications
Electronic or mechatronics expertise
At least 3 year working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing
College or above
