- Skill matrix updating for the shop floor crew.
- Ensuring on job training documents for all permanent & contract employees
- Operator leave management
- Operator performance management & compiling in work-day
- OT management & control
- DPR accuracy
- Monitoring & improvement of yield in respective value streams
- Customer specific CTQ understanding
- Scrap reduction & elimination
- Work area 5’s assessment on daily basis
- Kaizen management
- Closure on internal NC’s
- 8D report for customer complaints
- LPA audit action point closure
- HHA & safety
- Updating see & act in system
- Accountable for EHS element
- Monitoring tool life
