• Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of cross-functional enablement programs supporting Partner Solution Architects.
• Experience working effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders (technical, sales, business development) bringing together a cross functional team to deliver results.
• Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with Field PSA leadership etc. Translate business needs into training offerings and programs.
• Participate in the development of training content working with cross-organizational teams to identify and develop core technical enablement/curriculum targeted at technical roles in the field.
• Plan and participate in Train-the-trainer activities, including but not limited to: onboarding and continuous learning needs for the PSA teams.
• Manage the global PSA enablement efforts across the internal/external partner enablement calendar.
• Develop and maintain an effective governance process focused on providing timely and targeted content and continuously improving the PSA knowledge transfer and learning needs.
• Design and implement metrics to measure impact.
• Review and manage the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 4+ years experience in designing and driving successful enablement programs at scale
- 6+years of program/product management experience in the industry
- Experience engaging and influencing technical and business decision makers


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Extensive experience in Program/ Project Management experience managing enterprise level projects
- Proven success in working with teams and executive leadership in a complex environment
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute
- Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
