WHAT YOU’LL DO
Workflow Development
- Design and implement workflows that facilitate collaboration between the CXO strategy team and the field operations.
- Ensure that processes are efficient, streamlined, and aligned with program goals.
Monitoring and Tracking Progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CXO program.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of engagement strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Alignment with Key Accounts
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify and prioritize key accounts and targets for engagement for field marketing and digital marketing.
- Communicate updates and progress related to these accounts to internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies.
Collaboration with Sales Organization
- Partner with the sales team to identify strategic accounts on a yearly and quarterly basis.
- Develop tools and processes that enable the sales organization to effectively utilize the CXO program for customer growth.
Internal Communication
- Act as a liaison between the CXO strategy team, marketing, and sales to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Create and distribute internal communications that highlight key initiatives, progress, and opportunities within the CXO program.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in technology or cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in workflow design and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of sales processes and account management strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
