- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in events marketing with documented emphasis on project management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing executives across C-Level events.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience managing ambiguous programs under pressure with tight timelines and competing priorities.
- Tool-savvy, demonstrating proficiency in Google Workspace collaboration and advanced Google Sheets capabilities, including the ability to run auto-optimization (write scripts) or effectively manage and guide someone to execute it.
- Communicates well in verbal and written formats, and ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, meticulousness in reviewing schedules, communications, deliverables, briefs and ensuring highest quality of deliverables.
