Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Teams on a proactive basis.
• Trigger contract signatures through DocuSign and Manage all contracts stablished by Procurement.
• Support extension of existing contracts.
• Take care of all e-sourcing activities such us providing access and training to end users, register suppliers in the system, solve technical issues, support building RFP/RFI and e-auctions.
• Be responsible for sourcing enablement activities: Consolidation of quotations and comparisons matrix, ensure timely response from suppliers, payment terms negotiation, SOW reviews.
• Access all requests received for Sourcing Purposes to ensure accuracy on the information and enhance projects brief.
• Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work.
• Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing platform.
• Pro-active mindset in terms of identifying opportunities to drive automation and continuous improvement ideas.
• Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation.
• Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Procurement or similar.
• 2+ years relevant work experience in the Procurement area
