Manage employee data support and conduct all activities related to onboarding process for all new joiners.
Manage employee data verification and validation in providing letter of employment requests for various purposes.
Support employee data document verification and validation for formalities matters (work and stay permit for expatriates).
Manage employee data thoroughness, completeness, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting for various purposes (including but not limited to: employee personal file's archival and retention, etc.).
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree.
Exposure to HR Generalist or Employee Relations position within minimum 1 or 2 consecutive years.
Experience in formalities matter (work and stay permit for expatriates) is a plus.
Good experience in using Microsoft Excel and any other Microsoft applications (PowerPoint and Word).
