Responsibilities :

  • Conduct all activities related to employee medical claims matter, which include but not limited to: medical claim verification and validation based on company’s & insurance policy; liaise with insurance provider related to inpatient and/or outpatient process.
  • Act as firstliner in coping inquiries from related employee regarding their medical circumstances, claims and liaising with insurance provider to provide a great customer service toward employee.
  • Manage all data verification, completeness, thoroughness, analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct administration process in related to internal financial matters paperwork for medical claims from employee.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferrably from accounting major.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR medical and insurance matters.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and understands intermediate-level formulas (e.g. Pivot, etc.).
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Proficiency in English (both active and passive).
