We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance and control processes at our pharmaceutical construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management plans for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain the Project quality system (including drafting new procedures and standards)
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Attend Client and TPI Audit and manage relevant assessment and verifications
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality issues.
- Review and approve construction Quality plan from Contractors
- Review and approve construction Inspection and Test plan from Contractors
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Organize and support the process of Documentation management, specifically on Contractor Turnover Dossier
